Risk Assessments
Bookings will be provisional until we have carried out a risk assessment for the proposed venue and the deposit has been received.

Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at confirmation of the booking. The balance of the fee will be due 14 days before the visit. Please make a payment of an online bank transfer. Details will be found on your invoice.

Photos
If a suitable moment arises we may take photographs which we may put on our website. Please let us know if you do not give permission for us to use the photographs in this way. Should you have any concerns, please raise them on your initial enquiry.

Cancellations, Postponement and Abandonment
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, you will have the option to reschedule or have a refund.

Terms and Conditions
It is essential that all people intending to touch the ponies wear suitable footwear. People should try to remain quiet and calm so as not to startle the ponies. It is the responsibility of the host to ensure you have enough helpers around to help with supervision. We will provide an adult with each pony and they will be soley responsible for ensuring the pony is safe, happy and the venue gets the most out of the ponies visits. Please be guided by their advice when you are handling the pony as they know the pony very well. Dogs and pets must be shut away at all times during our visit. Please make us aware of anybody with special requirements (blind, wheelchair, screaming or likely to make sudden noises). We will endeavour to provide suitable ponies for the environment that we are visiting.
Our Therapy visits are based on a one-off visit with two ponies. Prices include the cost of travel up to 20 miles from our base in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Additional mileage will be charged at 50p per mile (as calculated by Google maps).
