Our therapy ponies need extra hay at the moment until we get some rain and the grass returns. They have many piles of hay scattered around their field, but they prefer ‘sharing’ with our retired horse, Bessie. Bessie is old but our ponies adore and love her. They treat her as the ‘grandmother’ of the herd. She keeps them all in order and in return they keep her alert, happy and feeling ‘young’!!
